We use a fulfilment service to ship all our orders. We do our best to get all orders shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can anticipate when your order will arrive. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping provider.

United States

Average shipping time within the United States is 3-5 business days. All US orders of $50 and over will receive free shipping at checkout. For orders under $50, the shipping rate is calculated based on distance.

Please note: if you are using a discount code make sure the total value after entering the code is at least $50 to receive free US shipping.

Returns

We hope you love your Heritage Kava purchase, however if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@heritagekava.com. We have a money-back guarantee, and we are happy to issue a product refund or exchange it for something else if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Please note, we do not refund your order's shipping costs. Heritage Kava will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned package.
